Our story
Hi, we’re Jonathan and Ana Durant, the husband-and-wife team behind Otterly Clean & Co. We’re based in Cranford and proudly serve homeowners across North and Central New Jersey.
Jonathan brings 9 years of professional cleaning experience and a background leading crews and large teams. He’s detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely takes pride in the work, especially when it comes to protecting and improving the homes people have worked hard for.
I handle communication, scheduling, and customer care. I’ve been in customer service since I was 18, so I know how much it matters for people to feel informed and respected from the very first conversation, not just when there’s a problem.
We built Otterly Clean & Co. around values that mean something to us: kindness, honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. As a small team, you’ll work directly with us from quote to completion. No middlemen, no surprises.

Otters are Jonathan’s favorite animal, and honestly, once you know a little about them, it’s easy to see why we couldn’t resist naming our company after them. Otters are family-oriented, fiercely protective of their community, and naturally selfless creatures. That’s exactly the kind of business we set out to build. Oh, and they love the water, which doesn’t hurt either.
